Privacy

This page explains what happens to your email address if you join the Archive mailing list.

What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else, when you sign up using the form on this site. If you reply to one of our emails, we also receive whatever you choose to write in your reply.

How it is used

To send you letters about The Voss Papers: new stories, early chapters, pictures and news of the books. We do not sell your address and we do not share it with anyone to advertise to you.

Who handles it

Signups and emails are handled by Kit (kit.com), the email service we use. Your address is stored there, and Kit’s own privacy policy applies to how it operates its service. You will first receive a confirmation email, and your subscription starts only when you click its link.

Leaving

Every email we send ends with an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will receive nothing further. To ask us to delete your address altogether, reply to any of our emails and say so.

Replies and letters

If we would like to quote a reader’s letter in the album, we will ask first, and we will use first names or initials only.
